Create an AnyWidget wrapper to trame

This task should solve the current limitation of trame working on Google Collab and VSCode.

Tasks:

• Create AnyWidget wrapper for protocol communication similar to our trame-jupyter-extension
• Version trame JS packages in their served URL. This require an update across trame-*
• Serve www content from all trame-* packages on github.io so the web delivery can be done outside of anywidget
