Goal: External programs can act like an RC transmitter; RobotWin receives channels via a 'radio bus' with realistic latency/jitter.

Scope:

  • Define a simple IPC transport (UDP or shared memory ring buffer) for RC channels.
  • Map channels to a simulated receiver feeding either MCU pins/UART or RPi input device.

Acceptance:

  • Can run a separate desktop app to transmit channels; RobotWin consumes them.
