2. Right click on a Object to see whenever options are there or not

Do you have any errors in your console (from other scripts and/or UnityGLTF)? If your project doesn't compile, options of new packages will not show up. Or is this specific to 6.3?

I saw this in the console, and yes it only happens on this version, it works on 2022.3.62f3

hm... can't get it reproducable. Either with HDRP or URP. I also don't get these warnings.
Besides that, these warnings should not block the compilation.

Can you try adding the UnityGltf package via OpenUPM?
