fatal error C1128 while compiling nnef.cpp in debug mode in VisualStudio 2015

NNEF fails when compiled in debug mode but compiles in release mode.
\OpenVX-sample-impl\kernels\NNEF-Tools\parser\cpp\src\nnef.cpp : fatal error C1128: number of sections exceeded object file format limit: compile with /bigobj

Fix
Append /bigobj to ADD_C_FLAGS_DEBUG in OpenVX-sample-impl\cmake_utils\CMake_windows_tools.cmake
set (ADD_C_FLAGS_DEBUG "-D _DEBUG /RTC1 /MTd /bigobj") #/MTd /Gm
and build will work fine

Analysis

Visual Studio compiler C1128 indicates the object file has exceeded the default section limit (65,536 addressable sections). The nnef.cpp file is too large/complex for default settings.

Fix

File: CMakeLists.txt (or Build.py for MSVC builds)

Add compiler flag for MSVC:

Alternative fix - split nnef.cpp:
Create nnef_parser.cpp and nnef_loader.cpp from the monolithic nnef.cpp.

The /bigobj flag is the quickest fix, but splitting the file is better long-term.
