The automated changelog generation workflow (changelog.yml) is not formatting the release notes as expected. Instead of categorizing the changes correctly (as seen in the v1.2.2 documentation), all pull requests are currently being grouped under an "Uncategorized" section.
Observed Behavior
- Pull requests are not being mapped to their respective categories (e.g., Features, Fixes, Chore).
- Every PR is falling back to the "Uncategorized" list.
