Nothing downloaded for a site with a complicated URL structure

I was trying to process via AdobeHDS.php a video on site:
http://www.cecc.gov/events/hearings/tiananmen-at-25-enduring-influence-on-us-china-relations-and-china%E2%80%99s-political

The file name part of the fragment GETs issued by the flash player as noted on Firefox are quite messy. AdobeHDS.php fails with debug messages for all fragments similarly as:

Adding fragment 280122615 to download queue
Fragment 280122615 doesn't exist, Status: 404
Skipping failed fragment 280122615

Oops, I am able to make a quick and dirty fix at the addDownload function:

I added the constant part of the dynamic URL string that I got from Firefox Tools network window. A sample full string:
