Add support for Ola Maps

Just for the sake to keep on the radar, there is a new maps provider which is trying to break the status quo Ola Maps.

It would be nice to add support, they have a generous free tier and the first year everything is free. Their APIs also seems to be well documented.

This does look relatively well docummented, and the pricing tiers are actually very impressive. I will add this to the list of APIs to support.

I have looked into this. I actually have written the code for it and have it basically finished, but I cannot test it out. To sign up for Ola, you need to have an Indian phone number, and I am not able to get a number for it. Meaning I am not able to get the API needed for testing the logic.

I really don't feel comfortable adding the code without testing it, so I will leave it in a branch on this repo without merging it in. I hope that eventually I will be able to sign up with a different phone number.
