[BUG] Foreground notification is not sticky notification

Describe the bug
The foreground notification shown by the package is removable by the user through swiping it off the notification screen or clicking on the clear all button in notification tab.

To Reproduce
Enable the service and scroll down to open the android notification tab and swipe the notification off or select clear all

Expected behavior
The notification should not be removable unless the service is stopped or user closes the application.

Smartphone:

• Device: Samsung s20 FE
• OS: Android 13

Thank you for this awesome package. It is absolutely the easiest and most effective to use for foreground services.

Could you make the notifiation customizable?

I ran a small test with release 1.3.0:

• Android 11 (Sony phone) -> notification sticks
• Android 12 (Android Studio Emulator) -> notification sticks
• Android 13 (Android Studio Emulator) -> notification can be swiped away
• Android 14 (Samsung phone) -> notification can be swiped away

Conclusion: This seems to be an issue with Android >= 13.
