[Feature Request] Config option to name the notification channel

I can configure the background service as follows:

The title will be used in the background notification:

The title is also used in the notification settings of the app:

An app could have multiple notification channels, thus they can be named.

Feature request

Add an option, which allows to configure the name of the background notification channel as well.
