Update ForwardDiff compat to support 1.0

The latest version of the package does not work with the lastest versions of ForwardDiff.jl due to compat entries introduced in #28. Can these be lifted?

If you add locally:

ForwardDiff = "0.10, 1"

In Project.toml, does it work?

Hi @ronisbr, yes it does compile just fine and all tests pass. I created #33 which removes these compat entries for the differentiation libraries - it may need some further changes.

I think we should just add the 1.0 as a new compat entry. The others are needed for registering the package. ForwardDiff and Zygote are weakdeps and must have compat entries.

This will fix this issue for those now using this extension while we give time for @jmurphy6895 to address this issue more deeply.
