ggsave() with Japanese fonts

In ggplot2, when using Japanese fonts, I was able to save Japanese to a PNG file by specifying the font family in ggsave(), like
ggsave("plot.png", plot = p, family = "IPAexGothic")
Is it not possible to specify the family in Lets-Plot's ggsave()?

Hi! There's no family parameter in ggsave(), but you can use theme() to specify font family in all scenarios, including saving to files and displaying plots in notebooks.
For example:
ggsave("plot.png", plot=p + theme(text=element_text(family="IPAexGothic")))
