Which OME ZARR version is supported? #160

Dear @StephanPreibisch and team,
@AlanMWatson and I are working on implementation of mesoSPIM-control writingdirectly to OME ZARR compatible with BigStitcher, and we are wondering what OME ZARR version is currently supported? Ideally we would like to use OME ZARR v0.5 (Zarr v3) format, so there is eg always c/ sub-folder in the path that contains an array. Will BigStitcher be able to read such OME ZARR, if a correct XML with meta-info is provided?
