Description
Hi - firstly thanks for all your work towards BigStitcher; it has been a very helpful tool for our lab!
Recently I have been experiencing an issue when I go to fuse views in 2D where the resulting fused image appears to be translated outside of the canvas area.
Plugin version:
Big_Stitcher-2.5.2
multiview_reconstruction-7.0.2
If I fuse an image and select "All Views" as the bounding box, BigStitcher creates a fused image that is translated in -x by half the canvas width and translated in -y by half the canvas height. The result is that only the bottom right quarter of the selected views are visible in the fused image.
If I instead select "Currently Selected Views" and fuse a few (2-4 or so) tiles together the result is an empty image in all channels. I'm guessing that in this case the fused result is being translated entirely out of the frame of the canvas.
As a workaround I have downgraded to Big_Stitcher-2.5.0 and multiview_reconstruction-5.4.0 from https://sites.imagej.net/BigStitcher/plugins/ which results in the fused images being correctly generated.
