Where is some of the old Multiview reconstruction functionality?

Hi,
When I updated Fiji, I noticed that the Multiview Reconstruction plugin vanishes.
The trouble is that I am missing some of its functionality in BigStitcher. This is mostly concerning batch processing tools, for example the duplicate transformations tool (for channels and time lapse data).

Am I missing something here or have you removed this functionality?

I can second this. To troubleshoot, I nuked the install of the BigStitcher plugin and started fresh, but no luck.
