Bug in latest Version not preserving resolution information #55
Description
CreateFusionContainer does not preserve resolution information for Zarr output. It looks like it was doing it right in version "e112363" , and somewhere after that there was some testing code added which now dumps out isotropic resolution of 1.0,1.0,1.0.
