GitHub Pages 404

Our GitHub Pages deployment currently gives 404: https://jsonpath-plus.github.io/JSONPath/

This is because there is no index.html at the root level.

We currently have

• Demo: https://jsonpath-plus.github.io/JSONPath/demo/
• Docs: https://jsonpath-plus.github.io/JSONPath/docs/ts/

I think it is a good idea to add a homepage but seeing the lesser value, I will mark this as good-first-issue for anyone to try.
