Feature request: option to filter out my own changesets from the dropdown

I've been pretty active in my area recently, so the list is full of my changesets... but in between are a few others, it's just a lot of work to pick them out of the list.

It would be great if there was an option to filter the list of changesets to only show changesets submitted by other users.
