Data Source and Location of Onshore CO2 Geological Storage Constraints

Hello GCAM Developer Team,

I have a question regarding the constraints for geological CO2 storage in the model. I am trying to locate the specific data and its source.

1. Does the model apply a finite total capacity constraint (i.e., a "potential") for onshore geological CO2 storage for each region?

2. Most importantly, could you please point me to the specific input CSV file within the gcamdata repository where the numerical values for these regional onshore storage potentials (e.g., in GtC) are defined?

3. Finally, what is the primary citation or data source that these regional constraint values are based on?

The processing of that data takes place in https://github.com/JGCRI/gcam-core/blob/master/input/gcamdata/R/zenergy_L161.Cstorage.R
The specific data points have been updated several times over the years but the fundamental source is Dooley and Friedmann 2004: https://www.osti.gov/servlets/purl/15020437
