"make clean" fails on configuration step 3, v2.4.0

For Master version v2.4.0:

Following the build instructions in the README.MD file, in Configuration Step 3:

cd src/
cd Build/
make clean  

fails with "make: *** No rule to make target 'clean'. Stop."

@60south there's no reason to use the master branch, it's outdated. Instead, use:

git clone https://github.com/JCSDA/crtm
git checkout release/REL-2.4.0_emc
or
git checkout release/REL-2.4.0

these are more reliably updated with any necessary changes for getting binary files, etc.

cd crtm
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make -j12
ctest -j12 
find ./ -name "libcrtm*"

should find it ./libsrc/libcrtm.a (or .so, possibly)
