Importing shadowsocks links with combined PSK keys

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select New server configuration
2. Try to import link

ss://MjAyMi1ibGFrZTMtYWVzLTEyOC1nY206NTFycmU5QnVjUkxHYlFMenF2c2RQZz09Om9DcWM4RHR5RmZOMkYvclVCVnRJR3c9PQ%3D%3D@test.host.com:8888#test

Error.

You can edit config file manually and specify config content like

password:

51rre9BucRLGbQLzqvsdPg==:oCqc8DtyFfN2F/rUBVtIGw==

and it works. Something seems to need to be fixed in link validation or link-handling code. This link works fine in other clients like v2rayN
