Add a risk rating column to the malware database table

Currently we just track malware/threat names+types. It would also be beneficial to add in a risk rating especially since some of the types we track are VERY broad categories of threats... could be something like low/medium/high or 1-5.

What would we do with the rating?

I think my original thought was mostly for reporting and metrics. A bit of this has been helped by adding the separate Fraud type which makes the Infostealer category a bit less broad, so maybe it’s not quite as necessary.
