Description

Remove obsolete existing workflows, and replace with new custom CI/CD workflow.

Please attach any other files/screenshots/videos/information below!

TODO:

• Remove unnecessary workflows
• Add new workflow to build/test/upload artifacts
• Potentially containerize project with docker
