What's missing to transform `ChatWithRob.ai` POC into a successful product?

Hi,

We've built an early prototype of a LLM based tool that can help you practice chatting in any foreign language.

The early version of the tool (alpha) can be seen here:

Capabilities:

Current Prototype:

• Can come up with new and (hopefully) intersting conversation subject in any language.
• Can sustain a conversation in any language.
• Will still try to understand what you were trying to say if you make mistake and help correct those.

Coming Soon:

• Ability to send notification (like whatsapp) so it can re-engage with the user if there is no activity.
• Translate the message from the AI Agent from the foreign language into your native language.
• Listen to the messages from the AI Agent (on top of text).
• Talk to the AI Agent (instead of typing).

Target User:

• B2C.
• Anyone who needs to practice chatting/talking in a foreign language.

User Story:

• I have some free time (in the bus, on the train) let's chat with Rob so I can practice my [enter your language here].

Key Questions:

• Monetization strategy, paid vs free features, pricing.
• Marketing: how do we "get the word out".

Things To Keep In Mind:

• This is still not a product.
• We still have a lot of things to finalize to get to a MVP...

We've released the latest version of the "ChatWithRob.ai" proof of concept app:
New functionalities:

• translate any message in your native language
• Listen to the message in the foreign language.

Still early stage (obvioulsy) as we are mainly focusing on the "capabilites" i.e. orchestrating several LLM Agents and traditional AI ML models to make it work.
