In the month or so before the survey’s deadline, you need to promote the survey by:
Adding the link to the survey on the website banner. When the official deadline for responses is reached, double check with Clare about whether she would like the link left up for a bit longer.
Adding details of the survey at the very top of each newsletter. See this newsletter for a typical post about the survey.
Promoting the survey and the deadline on social
Here are the canva slides for both the survey and the report. For the last few years, they haven’t really changed. Use bit.ly to add a QR code for the survey on the Canva slide.
Link in with Olive about asking moderators to share the survey links at each community call.
Also, talk to Clare and Lori together on slack about promoting the survey on slack. I’m not sure which one will take responsibility about promoting the survey on our general channel and also on specific groups.
If the survey is live or about to be launched during the annual InnerSource Summit, be sure to share the slide and links to survey anytime that it’s mentioned during conversations.
