[1.16.5] Waterlogging Processor does not actually work #3

Hiya,

In Kaleidio's Battle Pack 5.6.4 I attempted to put the waterlogging protection processor into several mods' structure Processors. For example, the Stoneholm Underground Village. However, it seems that the game is ignoring these.

Removing the mod causes a crash as it cannot find a reference to that processor ID without it, so Minecraft definitely thinks the JSON is valid, and it definitely at least tries to load the processor this mod provides. It's just that all blocks are still getting waterlogged no matter what I do.

You can find an example of what I attempted by downloading the pack then going to globaldatapacks\KBPData\data\stoneholm\worldgen\processor_list\overgrower.json
