Bottom anchor pane issue upon resize

The bottom anchor pane that holds the horizontal box of 4x buttons doesn't stay attached to the bottom of the application upon resize. The right side anchor seems to work fine and both were coded in the same manner. It's possible the grid the pane is attached to isn't allowing the pane to extend any further down.
