Indicate in the DICOM tag browser which series is shown in the viewport

Right now, when there multiple slides, it is not clear which one is shown in the dicom browser.

To clarify, what was done is automatic selection of the series shown when triggering DICOM tag viewer.

It will be good to also add some kind of an icon or highlight to label that series in the drop-down.

Let's add an "eye" icon to each series that is displayed in the viewport to the DICOM tag viewer series dropdown.
