[IgrGrid] Excel style filter menu is being overlapped by other elements due to z index

1.Run the sample .

2.Open the 1st grid filter dialog

Issue : Dialog is being overlapped by another grid.
opened the devtool and removed the z index from the 2nd grid did solved the issue.
