Hierarchical Grid overlay elements do not close on scroll and position at strange location when scrolling.

• Go to: https://staging.infragistics.com/angular-demos/hierarchical-grid/hierarchical-grid-hiding
• Expand a child grid and open its column hiding drop-down.
• Scroll up/down.

The drop-down does not close and starts floating outside of the grid:

Until it goes out of the virtual frame range, but then when you scroll back to it, it shows behind the grid it belongs to:

In old versions it used to close when you start scrolling.

It's the same for other overlay elements, like the row editing one:
