[Beta][Bug] Zima Client Will Not Backup Folder That Start With "."

What happened?

If I select a folder to backup on my Windows PC via the Zima Client, it will not backup a folder that starts with a "." that are within that folder (ie: .NET). If I select that .NET folder directly to backup, it will backup the folder but it is not visible in the ZimaOS file browser, only via file explorer in Windows (if samba share). But the only way the folder was backed up was to select it directly, if it is nested in another folder it will not get backed up. This is dangerous as important folders could get missed in backups.

Just discovered this for myself: I'm using the web UI, and obviously the built-in ZimaOS Backups behave the same when accessed that way. My source data contains 69k files (including many git repositories which I absolutely do want included in the backup), but the backup omits all that and only stores 20k files. :-(
