Croissant with local reviews

Once we have local reviews (#12313 and #12327) and the Croissant 1.1 pull request (#12214) is merged, we can implement a new, experimental "reviews" array in Croissant JSON-LD.

This is experimental because it is not defined in the Croissant spec. We hope to have it included in the future.
