Algorithm Description:
An update to the calibration product ancillary files is needed. This will include unique TOF window per ESA step for some of the ESA steps. According to Hi Tag-up notes, Paul Janzen wil do the analysis and review with Dan by May 6 to have updated TOF ranges. After that, this ticket involves simply updating the Hi45 and Hi90 calibration product ancillary files and orchestrating the upload with a new Hi container deployment as well as an update to the backgrounds ancillary files.
