Algorithm Description:
Paul needs to do some backgrounds analysis and provide numbers. Once he does this, this ticket will involve generating the needed backgrounds ancillary files to apply the numbers from his analysis to make the backgrounds vary with time. Uploading of the new ancillary files needs to by scheduled along with a Hi container deploy to production and an update to the calibration product ancillary file.
