L2 SPASE and ISTP requirements (CDF Validation)

This ticket will check that CDF files meet SPDF requirements regarding SPASE and ISTP metadata. This will be done for all IMAP instruments.

• GLOWS
• HIT
• IDEX
• MAG
• SWAPI
• SWE
• IMAP-Ultra
• IMAP-Hi
• IMAP-Lo

Instrument that are good to start with are:

1. CoDICE
2. HIT
3. IDEX
4. SWAPI
5. SWE

Within those, you can tackle HIT, IDEX, SWE together. Then do SWAPI and CoDICE after them.

MAG and GLOWS can be one group. I am separating them together since their code may be setup differently but within themselves, it should have similar settings.

ENA can be one group

2. IMAP-Lo
3. IMAP-Ultra
