Fix Release CI

We have this issue after the last realease of conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits

https://github.com/semantic-release/commit-analyzer/issues/517

We downgrade the package in the CI file. When this problem will be fix (maybe the next release), we will have to revert to the old configuration.
