Add support for CF-Tool

Please integrate CF-Tool with this extension, so we can submit directly without needing the browser.

I would've done it myself but unfortunately not very experienced in VS Code Extensions.

Hi ,thanks for the suggestion. We will soon start working on this.

Meanwhile, we have a submit button on the top right that automatically copies your code and opens the precise submission page. You would only need to paste and hit submit after that.
