Deploy custom filter example to public mvn repo #140
Description
Components like gp-jenkins plugin are using custom filter to provide an example of setup. Those components would require this to be present in public repo (using it as external jar would be rejected by jenkins-test-hpl plugin)
Proposal :
Refractor example filter in same level as gp-res-filter like
gp-java-tools/gp-res-filter
gp-java-tools/csv-res-filter
And provides README.md - explaining this is an example of custom filter for CSV.
We’d want to refactor package names.
We probably should not use the term “example” except README.md
