Submission Table/List views do not display organization name

Describe the bug

The Submissions table does not display the organization name.
In hypha/settings/local.py I set SUBMISSIONS_TABLE_EXCLUDED_FIELDS = [].

I can see this is being respected as the column title shows Applicant / Organization however the organisation name is not displayed.

Expected behavior

Organisation name should be displayed under the applicant's name in the submission table and list views,

Medium
The client uses the organisation name to track submissions and it is quite hard to get an overview of the submissions and find submissions at first glance without several clicks.

It works in my local instance for the table view.

The list view does not have it, would be unsure where to put it.
