Better addon installing / uninstalling system

The installer should check for installed addons and tick off said addons if it exists. 
Unticking a addon and installing Hyperium should remove the addon.
This should also work if addons are outdated. 
That could be easily done by saving a addons.json file in the addon folder with info about the addons installed.
