Warn (or block) users that use TLauncher #23
Description
The installer should warn users before it starts the installation process about TLauncher being potentially malicious, create issues in Hyperium, and that we won't support them with said issues if they use it.
The installer should either warn them or block them completely from installing Hyperium.
The warning option being the best one in case someone has had TLauncher installed before / have it installed but is using the vanilla launcher.
