Improve Test Infrastructure

**Feature idea.**

Right now the test infrastructure is poor, we should improve the coverage for ITs as well as automate the Horreum server setup (at least for local testing).

**Describe the solution you'd like**

* Improve coverage
* Automate Horreum server setup
* Improve test quality reducing the duplication
* Make use of nested fixtures when possible
