Drop close if click on label inside drop content

Hi,
I've put a form in a drop content whitch opened on click.
When I click on a label in the drop content, the drop content close.
If I click on a checkbox, radio button, input text or button there is no problem the drop content stay opened.

Do you know if there a solution for this problem ?

If it can be helpfull :
when I create dynamicly a label after the creation of the drop content, the drop content does'nt close on label click.
