feat:

- Optimize Cython code with type declarations and documentation
- Fix test compatibility issues for openGauss:
- Update date/time test samples to use datetime objects
- Fix txid_snapshot format for openGauss compatibility
- Add timeout handling for connection termination
- Update test error message patterns for openGauss
- Add Dockerfile for openGauss development environment
- Add debug script for tuple insertion testing
- Update test files to handle openGauss-specific features:
- Skip unsupported PostgreSQL features (UNLISTEN, etc.)
- Handle FeatureNotSupportedError exceptions
- Adapt transaction isolation level tests
- Improve error handling in protocol termination
