Filter by date mm/dd/yyyy

Hello, I have a column that has a date in the format dd / mm / yyyy, but when ordering the column, I only take into account the day but not the rest of the date.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

Could you show me the code where you create the datatable and the content of some rows of the table? I tried reproducing but I have no issue filtering on date.
