https://github.com/marketplace/actions/publish-conda or something similar to do it automatically.
If we look at conda-forge, the feedstock might be pretty simple and just download the binary from the repo. We wouldn't actually build in the feedstock. My gut tells me that just using the normal conda registeration is the right approach.
