I am trying to setting up an event with both free and paid tickets and would like advice on a more automated approach.
So far, I’ve explored:
Creating separate free and paid events
Using free and paid ticket tiers
Using promo codes for paid tickets (which works only when the attendee list is known in advance and requires manual distribution, especially difficult when the number of attendees is large or unknown, where i need to allow one promo code for one person(e.g. additional mail communication))
My main challenge is handling cases where eligible attendees are not known beforehand. Ideally, I am looking for an automated solution, such as:
Whitelisting multiple email domains (e.g., @uni-example.com, @uni-example2.com), so attendees from those domains automatically qualify for free tickets (or a promo code), or
Using registration questions or conditional logic (e.g., institution name or email : options should be Customizable so that it could fill different criteria) to unlock free tickets based on user-provided information.
Is this functionality currently supported, or is there a recommended workaround I may have missed?

Dear Support Team,
I am trying to setting up an event with both free and paid tickets and would like advice on a more automated approach.
So far, I’ve explored:

Thank you for your support.
Kind regards,
Humaun
