[Suggestion]: rename repository to `awesome-harvard-datasets`

I'd like to suggest to rename the repository from harvard-data to awesome-harvard-datasets.

Creating awesome lists on GitHub has become a well-established form of sharing curated resources. Thus, changing the name would follow this convention and arguably make it easier for other developers to find the list.

Here is a good example:

• https://github.com/caesar0301/awesome-public-datasets

With this said, we could also make datasets available as individual repositories or even NPM modules as I've done with harvard-houses.
