stackage lts 3.0 compatibility

Hi,

with Stackage LTS 3.0 released, it would be nice to have a compatible release of happstack-authenticate on Hackage. It might just be an issue of bumping the lens dependency to allow 4.12.

Having happstack-authenticate in stackage would be nice as well.

Indeed, builds with 4.12.
