Windows Docker Container Recommendation

Attempting to build the image for Lectures 7-10 on Windows machines results in Docker getting stuck when trying to build from conda-forge. For this reason it may be best to recommend Windows users in class use the docker pull commands for those images instead of trying to build it themselves.
