Pull teams from the hexathons service when making a submission

• Integrate expo with match by pulling the user's team from the hexathons service
• Deprecates having to add members of your team in the submission and also resolves issues of naming mismatches in match and expo
• Also enforces all members to finalize teams on match beforehand
